It depends on the property — mostly the pane count, whether it's exterior-only or interior and exterior, the number of storeys, and access. From the number of individual panes of glass, the sides being cleaned, the storeys, and any factors that change the work — divided-light panes, hard-to-reach windows, screens, and sill tracks. Screens and tracks are separate per-unit line items. The estimator on the quote page applies the same model.

One individual piece of glass. A single window can hold one pane or a dozen. Pane count is what a window-cleaning estimate is built on, because it's what the work actually touches.

By pane. Counting windows understates a home with lots of divided-light or multi-pane units, so Aloe estimates from panes and verifies the count on the visit.

More than exterior alone, because it's a second full pass of every pane plus sills and the room put back as found. The quote page shows an interior-and-exterior figure for your pane count once you select both.

Screen cleaning is a separate service — screens removed, washed, dried, and re-seated — priced per screen. It's offered as an add-on when you build a window estimate.

Track detailing is priced per sill track. It's an add-on to a window visit; the estimator shows the figure for your track count.

An online estimate is built from the property details you provide. Aloe verifies the actual scope before starting. If the real pane count, measurements, or requested services differ materially from what was entered — in either direction — Aloe reviews the revised price with you before doing the affected work.

Most Charlotte homes look their best on a twice-a-year rhythm, spring and fall, with interior added once a year. Homes under heavy tree cover or near unpaved roads sometimes add a third visit.

A recurring window-care relationship on Aloe's schedule. Two visits a year keep the glass ahead of Charlotte's pollen and hard water. Other property-care services can be added to the same plan.
