01 — The View

Glass, screens, and the light they let through.

The flagship. Every pane, inside and out, plus the screens and tracks that frame them — cleaned so the window disappears and the day comes in.

Hand-detailed lower glass and pure-water poles for the upper floors. Frames and sills wiped down, not just the pane.

Interior glass hand-cleaned, sills wiped, floors protected. Quiet, boot-covers-on work that leaves the room the way we found it.

Screens removed, hand-washed, dried, and re-seated in the opening they came from. Labelled if they need to come out for longer.

Sill tracks vacuumed, loosened, wiped, and dried — the grit and grime that builds up under the sash cleared out by hand.

02 — The Envelope

Siding, brick, concrete, rooflines, gutters. The building envelope holds up against Carolina sun and storms — we keep it clean without forcing it.

Siding, painted surfaces, and roofs cleaned with low-pressure application and the right solution — organic growth handled at the source, not blasted.

Driveways, walkways, patios, and masonry cleaned with surface cleaners for an even finish — no wand stripes, no gouged concrete.

Gutters cleared by hand, downspouts flushed and confirmed flowing, debris bagged and carried off. Exterior brightening available as an add-on.

Roll-out bins washed, sanitised, and deodorised on a schedule or one-off. Grey-water captured, not left on the driveway.

03 — The Property

Solar arrays, commercial frontages, seasonal lighting. The parts of a property that need a specialist's hands a few times a year.

Panels cleaned with filtered water and soft tools — pollen, dust, and bird debris removed without scratching the glass or voiding a warranty.

Exterior glass, entrances, and hard surfaces for offices, retail, restaurants, and property managers — scheduled around your hours, not through them.

Design, install, maintain, and remove seasonal lighting with commercial-grade product. Storage handled between seasons.
