Exterior Window Cleaning

The glass, from the outside in.

01The promise

Outside glass carries the year — pollen in spring, storm spatter in summer, road film all winter. We work the whole opening: pane, frame, and sill. Reachable windows are cleaned by hand with a squeegee and a scrim cloth; upper floors are reached from the ground with a carbon-fibre pole and filtered water that dries without spotting.

02Straight answers

How often should exterior windows be cleaned?

Most Charlotte homes look their best on a twice-a-year rhythm — spring and fall. Homes under heavy tree cover or near unpaved roads sometimes add a third visit.

Do you clean windows in winter?

Yes. Our filtered-water system works in cold weather, and low winter sun is when dirty glass is most obvious from inside.

Will the poles reach a third storey?

In most cases, yes, from stable ground. If a section can't be reached safely we'll tell you before we start rather than after.

03What you get
01

Whole-opening clean

Glass, frame, and sill — the parts most crews skip are the parts that show.

02

Ground-based where it counts

Pure-water poles keep our team off ladders around your landscaping and walkways.

03

Spot-free drying

Filtered water carries no minerals, so upper glass dries clear with nothing left behind.

04How it goes
  1. 01

    Walk the exterior

We count openings, note access, and flag any seals or screens that need care.

  2. 02

    Clear the frames

Cobwebs, debris, and grit come off the frame and sill before any water touches the glass.

  3. 03

    Detail the glass

Hand-cleaned at ground level; pure-water poles for anything higher.

  4. 04

    Final pass

We walk it with you in the light, checking edges and corners from inside and out.

A squeegee pass across large architectural glass, water peeling away clean.
Low sun raking across a wall of clean architectural glass at a Charlotte home.
The result

Hand-detailed lower glass and pure-water poles for the upper floors. Frames and sills wiped down, not just the pane.
